RxTrialHub subscriptions are designed for business use and include access to supplier monitoring, regulatory signals, alerts, and related workflow features.

Free Trial

New accounts may use the available free trial before choosing a paid plan. You can evaluate the service during the trial period without a paid subscription.

Subscription Refunds

Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.

Cancellations

You may cancel a paid subscription to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed for the current billing period.
